Daniel Álvarez


Daniel Álvarez is Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | AB Advisory. Based in Costa Rica, Daniel is responsible for driving the growth and development of the leading commercial real estate team in Central America. Mr. Álvarez works actively with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their key business strategies, create a customized real estate solution to meet their objectives and oversee the execution of that strategy on an on-going basis. Daniel has more than 11 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate executing and supervising office and industrial transactions within Latin America. Drawing from his extensive management experience, he methodically anticipates potential challenges within an assignment and proactively directs the process toward the most effective and beneficial solution. Daniel leverages his team´s resources to advise and accompany clients through the complete real estate process of their specific requirement.
Mr. Álvarez works with corporate, institutional and private clients within the region, including the regional portfolio of Fortune 500 companies. Some key markets where Daniel has successfully closed significant transactions are: Costa Rica, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, Panamá, Peru, Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago, and Venezuela. Daniel has more than 450 million dollars in executed assignments within these countries.
